There is no single format for software in Ankara
When an idea is heard as a mobile app, most teams jump straight to a store release. But if the user reaches the service once through a search engine, a strong web experience may be the better start. If daily use, notifications, and device capabilities are needed, the weight shifts toward mobile.
The platform should be the outcome of the business model. Decisions made without understanding user behavior can turn into carrying two separate apps at once for no reason.
Custom software starts where off-the-shelf tools end
Off-the-shelf tools are a good start for most work. But if the team keeps rebuilding its daily work around the tool's gaps, constantly moving information into another system, or cannot offer the customer a different experience, considering a custom flow starts to make sense.
The goal here is not to write everything from scratch. Building the part that makes a difference for the user as custom, and relying on trusted tools for the rest, is often the smarter move.
The decision continues after the first release too
