Privacy Policy
This policy covers the OK or Not OK iPhone app ("the App"), published by Comma Labs Yazılım Anonim Şirketi ("Comma Labs", "we"). It is short because there is little to say: the App never connects to the internet, and no information about you reaches us at any point.
1. Data We Collect
None. Comma Labs receives no personal data from the App, in any form, at any time. There is no account, no sign-in, no email address, no analytics, no advertising, no attribution SDK, no crash reporter and no server of ours for data to arrive at.
2. What the App Stores on Your Device
The following is written to the App's own sandboxed container on your iPhone and stays there:
- Your sound and haptics preferences.
- The app language you chose, if you chose one.
- Whether you have finished the introductory round.
- A random identifier the App generates for itself on first launch. It is created on the device, never sent anywhere, and is not tied to you, your Apple Account or your hardware.
- The identifiers of the last 400 prompts you have been shown, so the same one does not come straight back.
- Whether the Adult Mode subscription is currently active.
- Your answer to the optional question about gender asked during the introduction, which is used only to phrase prompts and can be skipped.
Player names typed in table mode are held in memory only. They are never written to disk and are gone when the round ends or the App closes.
3. Purchases
Adult Mode is an auto-renewable weekly subscription sold by Apple. The transaction is carried out entirely by Apple under Apple's own terms. Your payment method, name and billing details never reach us and are never available to the App. What the App receives from Apple's StoreKit framework, on the device, is whether an entitlement is currently valid; it uses that only to unlock content. We do not use RevenueCat or any other purchase analytics service.
4. Data Sharing
We share nothing, because we hold nothing. The App contains no third-party SDKs. It makes no network requests of any kind, so there is no traffic to inspect, sell or hand over.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
The prompt history described in section 2 is capped at 400 entries and the oldest is discarded as new ones arrive. Everything else persists on your device until you change it. Deleting the App removes all of it. There is no deletion request to make and no account to close, because nothing exists outside your device.
6. Your Rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and comparable laws including the CCPA, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection in relation to personal data a company holds about you.
Comma Labs holds no personal data about you and no profile of you, so there is nothing for us to produce, correct or erase. Everything described in section 2 is under your direct control on your own device, and deleting the App removes it. You are welcome to write to us regardless, and we will answer.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 18+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13 or the equivalent age under COPPA, GDPR Article 8 and local law. Since we collect nothing from anyone, this holds by construction rather than by policy.
8. International Data Transfers
There are none. Nothing leaves your device, so nothing is transferred to any country. Purchase transactions themselves are carried out by Apple under Apple's own terms and transfer arrangements.
9. Data Security
Local data is held in the App's sandboxed container and protected by iOS file-level encryption, which is active whenever your device is locked with a passcode, Face ID or Touch ID. Because the App transmits nothing, there is no server of ours that could be breached and expose it. The most effective protection you can apply is a device passcode.
10. Apple Privacy Disclosures
The App's App Store privacy label declares that no data is collected. The App ships a privacy manifest declaring no tracking, no tracking domains, no collected data types, and one required-reason API: User Defaults, under reason CA92.1, whose only purpose is to store the App's own settings on your device.
11. Changes
We will post any change on this page and update the date above. If what is collected ever changes materially, we will say so inside the App as well.
