Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the OK or Not OK iPhone app ("the App"), published by Comma Labs Yazılım Anonim Şirketi ("Comma Labs", "we"). By downloading or using the App you accept them.
1. What the App Is
OK or Not OK is a party game. A situation appears on screen and you — or everyone at the table — decide whether it is OK or not OK. There are no right answers, no scoring against a correct result, and no authority behind any prompt. The point of the game is the discussion it starts.
2. Not Advice
The prompts are written for entertainment. They are not advice of any kind: not relationship advice, not legal advice, not medical or psychological advice. A prompt appearing in the game is not an endorsement, recommendation or judgement of what it describes, and the results the App reports about your answers are a game mechanic, not an assessment of you. If you are making a real decision about something that matters, consult someone qualified rather than a party game.
3. Age
The App is rated 18+ and is intended for adults. The free content includes frank prompts about relationships; the Adult Mode subscription adds explicit sexual themes. You confirm you are 18 or older when you use it.
4. Accounts
There are none. The App requires no registration, no sign-in and no email address, and it works fully offline.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Adult Mode is an auto-renewable weekly subscription.
- The current price is shown on the purchase screen in your own currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancel in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Apple processes all payments. Refund requests go to Apple; we have no ability to issue them.
6. Licence and Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, resell or republish the App or its prompts, in whole or in part, in any product or compilation of your own, nor reverse-engineer the App except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its interface, its name and all of its prompts are original work and remain the property of Comma Labs. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comma Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and none of it affects mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate this licence if you breach these terms. Sections 7, 8 and 11 survive termination.
10. Apple's Role
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with the date shown above; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
