Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuitApp application ("App"), operated by Comma Labs Yazılım Anonim Şirketi ("Comma Labs," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. What QuitApp Is
QuitApp is a smoking-cessation support application: it helps you set a quit date, ride out cravings, track your smoke-free days, money saved, and health recovery, and grow a personal forest that reflects your progress.
2. Not Medical Advice
QuitApp provides behavioral support and general health information drawn from public health sources such as the World Health Organization. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, or if you use nicotine replacement therapy or prescription medication, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the App.
3. Accounts and Guest Use
- You may use the App as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- You may delete your account at any time in the App; deletion is permanent.
- Signing in with a different account on the same device starts a separate, independent profile.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- QuitApp offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions: Monthly, and Yearly with a 7-day free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your App Store account settings; uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.
- Prices may vary by region and may change; changes apply to future billing periods only.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the App's operation.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the App or its content.
- Challenge invitations may only be shared with people you know.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, artwork, text, and code, is owned by Comma Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comma Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version will always be available at this address. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
